Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my balloons last?
Air-filled balloons last about 3–7 days. Helium-filled latex balloons float for at least 24 hours, and foil balloons often last several days. Heat, direct sun and wind shorten their life, so keep them indoors and out of hot cars.
Do you deliver? How much does it cost?
Yes! Delivery starts at $50.
How far ahead should I order?
We recommend ordering as far in advance as you can. That gives us time to make sure we have exactly the colors and balloons you need, without anything being out of stock, and to save you a spot before our delivery schedule fills up.
Picking up your order: what size vehicle do I need?
Balloons take up more room than you'd expect, so please bring a vehicle large enough to fit your order without squishing it:
| Item | Vehicle |
|---|
| Small bouquet (5 balloons), single foil balloon, tabletop centerpiece, one or two 34" letter/number balloons | Any car |
| Medium bouquet (13 balloons) | Sedan back seat or hatchback |
| Large bouquet (21 balloons) or 2+ bouquets | SUV or minivan, seats folded down |
| Three or more 34" letters/numbers, or a birthday balloon package | SUV or minivan |
| Columns, arches, garlands and large custom décor | Too big for most cars, so we recommend delivery |
Please don't leave balloons in a hot car. Heat can make them pop or shrink.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Cancellation is free up to 5 days before your event. After that, the order can't be refunded because it has already been prepared.
Will the colors match exactly?
We match colors as closely as we can, but shades can vary slightly by batch and screen.
