Balloon Care & Timing
Our bouquets are made fresh for your order and built to last:
- Foil (mylar) balloons and orbs: 5–7+ days
- Clear bubble balloons: 3+ days, with the stuffed balloons inside holding their shape
For best results, pick up on the day of your event. Balloons in a hot car can pop, and balloons left in the cold may shrink temporarily. They’ll fill back out once they warm up indoors.
Will my bouquet fit in my car?
- Small: fits in most cars
- Medium and Large: need an SUV or minivan
Please secure balloons so they don’t block the driver’s view.
⚠️ Medium and Large bouquets contain latex. WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD. Children under 8 yrs. can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
Balloon Longevity
- Air-filled: 5-7 days indoors.
- Helium-filled: 12–24 hours for latex, 3–5 days for foil.
Direct sunlight and heat can cause balloons to pop or oxidize.
Rental Details
Rental equipment (frames/bases) must be returned within 72 hours.
Replacement fees apply for lost or damaged equipment.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my balloons last?
Air-filled balloons last about 3–7 days. Helium-filled latex balloons float for at least 24 hours, and foil balloons often last several days. Heat, direct sun and wind shorten their life, so keep them indoors and out of hot cars.
Do you deliver? How much does it cost?
Yes! Delivery starts at $50.
How far ahead should I order?
We recommend ordering as far in advance as you can. That gives us time to make sure we have exactly the colors and balloons you need, without anything being out of stock, and to save you a spot before our delivery schedule fills up.
Picking up your order: what size vehicle do I need?
Balloons take up more room than you'd expect, so please bring a vehicle large enough to fit your order without squishing it:

Please don't leave balloons in a hot car. Heat can make them pop or shrink.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Cancellation is free up to 5 days before your event. After that, the order can't be refunded because it has already been prepared.
Will the colors match exactly?
We match colors as closely as we can, but shades can vary slightly by batch and screen.
