Balloon Care & Timing
Our balloons are made fresh for your order. Here’s how long they last:
- Foil (mylar) balloons, including the bouquet, centerpiece and character stack: 5–7+ days
- Air-filled garland: 1–2 weeks indoors
For best results, pick up on the day of your event. Balloons in a hot car can pop, and balloons left in the cold may shrink temporarily. They’ll fill back out once they warm up indoors.
Will my balloons fit in my car?
- Mini Party Bundles: fits in most sedans
- Standard Party Bundle: needs an SUV or minivan
- Deluxe Party Bundles: need an SUV or minivan with the rear seats folded
Substitutions
We make every effort to fill your bundle exactly as pictured. If a themed tableware item (plates, napkins, cups or tablecloth) is unavailable, we’ll follow your substitution preference below.
Character balloons are never substituted without contacting you first.
